The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely and successful delivery of client projects. This role requires strong communication, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing project timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors
- Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and status updates
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues when necessary
- Schedule and participate in meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Track budgets, timelines, and project performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
Qualifications
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- PMP certification (preferred, not required)
