Project Coordinator III

Position Summary:
Enbridge is seeking a Project Coordinator III to support project execution and coordination for liquid pipeline operations. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in field engineering or construction and will play a key role in driving cross-functional alignment and successful project delivery. This is a fully onsite role based in Houston, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Manage logistics of material delivery between the field and Purchasing Department to meet project deadlines.
- Assist Operations with outage planning and execution activities.
- Oversee field construction, maintenance, and repair operations while safeguarding company interests.
- Support implementation and management of assigned projects, including field engineering engagement when necessary.
- Manage drawing revisions, ensuring appropriate personnel are updated on design changes.
- Assess field conditions and recommend changes to the original design, when required.
- Compile and maintain complete as-built documentation.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, identify milestones, and monitor critical paths.
- Facilitate project-related meetings, prepare agendas and document meeting minutes.
- Enforce compliance with company safety and environmental standards; support contractor performance monitoring.
- Maintain and track all project documentation, including regulatory and internal reports.
- Interface with teams to finalize as-built drawings, pipe records, and permanent documentation.
- Upload, organize, and maintain documents in project tracking systems.
- Track project metrics, timelines, and resource calendars.
- Coordinate travel arrangements as required.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and field experience.
- 5–10 years of experience supporting projects in the liquid pipeline sector.
- Strong background in construction and/or field engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Windows OS.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Engineering background or exposure to field construction and material logistics.
- Familiarity with pipeline maintenance coordination.
