Job Summary
The Product Development Coordinator will assist in all aspects of the Product Development related to operational processes, asset management, and systems movement. Cross-functional activities include coordinating product movement between departments and internal and external workshops and vault.
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Project Coordination:
•Manage product movement between internal departments and external vendors systematically.
•Lead closing out open work orders between gem department and inventory control.
•Organizing photography of finished pieces for copyright.
•Updating product library pertaining to all aspects of individual item specifications and manufacturing details.
•Ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to support departmental workflow.
•Maintaining spec sheets for models, production samples and finished jewelry.
•Streamline and manage new product presentations.
•Work with sourcing team to create, track and facilitate movement of stone orders.
Security and Asset Management:
•Coordinate all security procedures related to merchandise transfers and asset management.
•Manage inventory cycle counts.
•Daily sweeps for merchandise security.
Job Qualifications
•2 years or more experience in jewelry manufacturing.
•Knowledge of inventory and tracking systems.
•Proficient in Microsoft suite.
•Highly organized and detail oriented.
•Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
