We’re looking for Retail Associates based in Texas, United States to join our growing team of Virtual Shopping Experts! As a Retail Associate, you will connect with shoppers through live, one-on-one virtual consultations, helping them find the perfect products to fit their needs. Whether you’re a seasoned retail professional or an expert in customer service, this role offers a new way to connect and engage with customers—all from the comfort of your home.

⭐ What You'll Do

Provide live, personalized virtual shopping assistance to customers via video chat
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by answering questions, recommending products, and guiding shoppers through their purchase journey
Become an expert on the brands and products you represent, staying up to date on features and benefits
Build trust with shoppers by providing friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable service
Work collaboratively with team leads and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance goals

✅ Who You Are

You have 1+ years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or virtual assistance
You’re passionate about customer experience and love helping people find the perfect product
Comfortable speaking on live video chats and engaging in real-time customer conversations
Tech-savvy—able to learn new systems quickly and troubleshoot minor technical issues
Able to work remotely with access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace
Reside in Texas, United States (this role is only open to candidates based in Texas)
Flexible availability to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts as needed

Pay Rate: $10 - $13/hour (depending on experience)
