BMF Collective supports growing startups with recruiting/sourcing/hr/operations needs. Through deeply embedding ourselves into our partner organizations, we provide thoughtful recommendations, immediate support, and tactical execution with an exec-level of service.
We’re seeking someone to empower our mission to grow world-class organizations. In this crucial role, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment as a strategic partner to Spence Hoffman (Founder) as we enter into our exciting next phase of growth, innovation, and service.
Day to day, you will likely drive business forward through:
- Scheduling meetings and interviews
- Drafting messages to execs, partners, and candidates
- Filtering applicants
- Identifying candidates on LinkedIn
- Special projects
- Build and updating internal systems/documents

Compensation + benefits:
- We are targeting $30-40 hr. This person will be hired as a non-exempt hourly worker. We provide sick leave and are setting up a 401k plan for everyone.
