Day-to-Day:

We are seeking a temporary executive assistant to support the Vice Chairman & Chief Business Officer during a maternity leave, covering the period from August through December 2025

Responsibilities:

Monitoring the Executive’s inbox
Turn emails into tasks, keep track of due dates and prioritizing urgency of responses
Use Click-up Project Management Software to organize tasks
Scheduling meetings in Outlook
Coordinate business travel
Run personal errands, as needed (dry cleaning, pharmacy, lunch etc)
Scheduling of personal appointments as needed
Monitor mail correspondence to the office and virtual mailboxes
Keep office in stock of supplies and tidy– coffee, water, snacks, paper products etc
Serve as point of contact for office building – work orders for any issues, parking validations, lobby security questions, vendor access request forms

This job is looking to pay 35-40/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
