This role manages and oversees B2B order processing, fulfillment, and logistics for Hello Cake. You’ll ensure the accurate and timely delivery of retail orders by coordinating across warehouses, carriers, and internal teams. This role is critical in maintaining operational excellence, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Your Role

Manage all aspects of B2B order processing and fulfillment.
Verify orders, confirm product availability, and validate customer details.
Schedule and coordinate shipments with carriers, warehouses, and customers.
Communicate and resolve order or shipping-related issues.
Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with customer shipping guidelines and regulations.
Streamline warehouse fulfillment processes and identify areas for improvement.
Support additional operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Extremely detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking skills.
Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Confident communicator with both internal teams and external vendors.
Proficient in G-Suite and comfortable working with spreadsheets.
Self-starter with a can-do attitude and willingness to take on varied tasks.

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 (Actual compensation will be based on experience and qualifications)
