Brand Marketing Manager – West Coast

Location: Los Angeles preferred; open to candidates in the greater Scottsdale area

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 + Benefits

Wish You Were Here Group (WYWHG), the creative force behind some of the country's most vibrant and high-performing hospitality concepts, is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand-building efforts across our West Coast portfolio—including Los Angeles, Scottsdale, and Las Vegas.

This is a pivotal role for a brand-savvy, hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-paced, multi-unit environments and is passionate about crafting memorable brand experiences through bold, localized campaigns and consistent storytelling.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Regional Brand Strategy

Develop and implement localized brand strategies that align with company-wide positioning while resonating with distinct market audiences.

Manage Brand Campaigns from Concept to Launch

Own the development and execution of integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, on-premise, and experiential.

Oversee Creative Production

Collaborate with design and content teams to produce menus, signage, branded collateral, and digital assets that reflect each concept’s identity.

Drive Public Relations & Influencer Outreach

Serve as the go-to contact for local press, influencers, and media partners. Coordinate visits, events, and earned media placements that reinforce brand visibility.

Support Openings & Key Activations

Lead marketing support for new restaurant openings, seasonal campaigns (e.g., NYE, Halloween), and special events or off-site activations.

Guide Digital & Social Execution

Work closely with internal digital and social teams to ensure paid media, email, and organic content reflect the brand voice and regional goals.

Maintain Brand Consistency Across Platforms

Ensure brand messaging and visuals are current and cohesive across all guest touchpoints—websites, social platforms, third-party sites, and review platforms.

Manage Photo & Video Shoots

Plan and lead content production, from ideation to post-production, including creating mood boards, shot lists, and coordinating edits.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with operations, culinary, beverage, and corporate stakeholders to bring campaigns to life and ensure seamless execution.

Who You Are:

5+ years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on brand development; hospitality or lifestyle brand experience highly preferred
Proven ability to execute regional brand strategies across multiple channels
Strong creative instincts with experience developing campaigns that drive awareness and guest engagement
Excellent communication and project management skills; thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments
Proficient in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics, copy, and brand tone
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple brands/markets
Willing to travel regularly across West Coast markets
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
