The Role:

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will be critical in supporting the rapid growth of the company. On a day to day, you will assist our founders in solving problems of all scale--from filtering inboxes to communicating with leaders, engineers, investors, and more. We will rely on this person to optimize our founders' time, conduct light office management, book travel/ conferences, draft communications/presentations and more. Qualifications:

Extensive experience (5+ years) of supporting high level executives in dynamic and fast moving environments
Have exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Are able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are adept at drafting professional emails and managing confidential information with appropriate discretion
Have a strong command of scheduling/calendar software
Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and anticipating the CEO's needs
Are flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and the dynamics of a rapidly growing company
