ServiceTrade builds software for commercial service contractors, covering field service operations from scheduling and dispatching through to inspections and customer communication. Founded in 2012, the company designs its products around problems observed in the field, including disconnected systems, paper-based processes and missed opportunities.

The core ServiceTrade platform manages day-to-day service operations. Three further products extend it: ServiceTrade Inspections supports code-compliant fire safety inspection work, PartsManager provides inventory control and SalesManager automates proposals. Technical work spans field service management software, scheduling and dispatch automation, inspection management and code compliance, customer communication, inventory management and sales proposal automation.

The company serves more than 500 customers across commercial service contracting, fire protection, mechanical, HVAC, electrical and related trades, as well as facilities services. It has raised $85 million in growth funding since its founding in 2012.

ServiceTrade describes itself as mission-driven, stating that it has never lost sight of its original purpose as it has grown from a small startup while retaining its founding values. That purpose is framed as helping contractors build more valuable, scalable businesses and letting them focus on keeping facilities safe and comfortable.
