Ryz Labs

Ryz Labs is a hybrid venture studio and human capital agency, founded in 2021 and operating across the United States and Latin America. The company builds startups from scratch and supplies technical talent from Latin America to its own portfolio companies and to external clients. Its work spans venture incubation, product validation and remote team building.

Two ventures illustrate the studio's output. HipTrain, a wellness coaching marketplace, has recorded more than 15,000 completed sessions. Offsiteio, an offsite and events startup, is on track for more than $1m in revenue. Both followed a period of roughly one year in stealth mode, during which small internal teams validated concepts through a multi-step process before launch.

The studio applies Amazon's Working Backwards methodology and MIT's Disciplined Entrepreneurship framework to idea development, and states a philosophy of scaling fast and spending less. It was founded by serial entrepreneurs Jordan Metzner and Sam Nadler, who previously built California Burrito Co. across Latin America and founded Washio, a laundry-delivery service, and who have past experience at Amazon and Lyft.

Alongside venture building, Ryz Labs operates as a human capital agency, sourcing engineering and technical talent in Latin America for remote teams. This combination of company creation and staffing under one roof is the firm's defining feature.
