Sierra Studio

Sierra Studio is a human-first technology company and AI engineering studio that partners with founders and business leaders to design, develop and ship products across web, mobile and AI technologies. It works with clients ranging from startups to global enterprises, drawing on team experience that spans decades in both settings. The company operates globally with a distributed team across the United States and Brazil.

Its work falls into four areas. Product development services take client visions through design, development and delivery. AI-first development modernises business workflows with AI systems tuned to specific data, teams and goals, rather than off-the-shelf SaaS tools. Staffing solutions connect professionals with opportunities at growing companies. An incubator and Entrepreneur in Residence programme allows team members to explore and launch new businesses using Sierra's resources and ecosystem.

The company states a set of cultural principles: a growth mindset, support, product and customer centricity, and ownership, alongside its human-first approach to technology. Its technical domains include web and mobile development, artificial intelligence and AI engineering, and workflow modernisation with AI systems.
