Presbyterian Homes & Services

Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) is a nonprofit, faith-based provider of housing, care and services for older adults, headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota. Founded in 1955, the organisation employs around 8,000 people and serves more than 41,000 older adults through 62 PHS-affiliated senior living communities across five states: Minnesota, Iowa, Texas, Washington and Wisconsin. It is one of the largest nonprofit providers of senior housing and services in the United States.

The organisation's work spans several settings. Its senior living communities offer housing choices alongside care and service options. Optage is the home health and community services division. PHS is co-owner of Genevive, described as the largest geriatric primary care practice in Minnesota, which provides comprehensive care to more than 15,500 older adults. A partner pharmacy, Radius Living Rx, specialises in older adult care and applies genomic testing and advanced data analytics to health and economic outcomes.

PHS states a mission of honouring God by enriching the lives and touching the hearts of older adults, and operates under Christian ministry values.
