Package.ai builds a unified platform that helps retailers manage customer journeys across sales, marketing, service and final-mile fulfilment. The system combines conversational AI, workflow automation, customer-engagement tools, delivery communications, route optimisation and last-mile intelligence in a single product, alongside driver-facing applications that support doorstep delivery. It is used by more than 100 retailers.

The company focuses on sectors where delivery is complex and consequential, including furniture, appliances, last-mile delivery and service providers. Its platform was built around the observation that large furniture and appliance deliveries create customer experiences that traditional point solutions cannot resolve.
