Nash is an AI infrastructure company for last-mile logistics. Founded in 2021, it provides a unified platform that connects internal fleets with third-party delivery providers, powering intelligent dispatching, routing, tracking, customer support, returns and fraud detection for commerce businesses. The platform operates at scale, orchestrating millions of deliveries each month. Its customer base includes Walmart, 7-Eleven, Woolworths and Coles, and it targets what it describes as a $500B last-mile logistics industry.

The company's technical work spans AI infrastructure, logistics optimisation, dispatching and routing systems, tracking, fraud detection, AI agents and API integrations. In 2025 Nash launched Nash AI, a system of AI Logistics Agents built on insights drawn from hundreds of millions of real-world deliveries. The product is designed to automate the bulk of delivery operations, reducing costs and supporting businesses as they scale.

Nash was founded by MIT graduates Mahmoud Ghulman and Aziz Alghunaim, who have collaborated since high school. The company is backed by Y Combinator and Andreessen Horowitz, and describes its mission as transforming the last-mile logistics industry.
