InPost S.A.

InPost S.A. operates Europe's out-of-home parcel delivery network, using automated parcel lockers and pickup points for e-commerce logistics across nine European countries.

InPost S.A. is an out-of-home e-commerce logistics platform, handling parcel delivery through a network of automated parcel machines and pickup points rather than traditional door-to-door drop-off. The company was founded in 1999 and is led by founder-CEO Rafał Brzoska. It listed on Euronext Amsterdam in 2021 in one of Europe's largest initial public offerings that year.

Its network comprises over 40,000 Automated Parcel Machines (APMs), including more than 25,000 parcel lockers in Poland, alongside nearly 33,000 PUDO (pick-up drop-off) locations. InPost delivered 1.09 billion parcels in 2024, a 22% increase on the previous year, with 98% of shipments arriving next-day. Operations span nine European countries, among them Poland, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium and the Netherlands. Mondial Relay, an acquired business, extends the group's footprint across France, Benelux and the Iberian Peninsula, while InPost Easy provides international parcel services across EU markets.

Technical work spans automated parcel locker hardware and software, out-of-home delivery logistics technology, last-mile optimisation and mobile applications. The InPost mobile app, used to manage deliveries, has more than 13 million users in Poland alone. Sustainability is a stated priority: deliveries to APMs produce 98% lower carbon emissions than traditional door-to-door delivery.
