PopBox operates Indonesia's first and largest network of smart parcel lockers, providing automated pickup and drop-off points for last-mile e-commerce deliveries. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Jakarta, the company places lockers in apartments, malls, offices, stations, universities and other public locations, offering 24/7 collection and sending services that remove missed deliveries, long waiting times and depot queues. The network handles an average of close to 100,000 deliveries a month.
The company builds and runs its own technology stack. This includes a proprietary platform for the locker network, operations hub software for field management of the network, and automation for last-mile delivery. Beyond parcel handling, PopBox offers dedicated locker systems to venue and property owners and sells advertising inventory across the locker network in high-traffic locations, working with partners in real estate, retail, transportation and education.
PopBox is expanding its technological capabilities alongside its geographic footprint. Having established its position in Indonesia, the company is extending its operations to Malaysia and the Philippines, with a broader focus on Southeast Asia. Work spans smart locker technology, delivery automation, field operations systems and out-of-home advertising technology.
