Goodwill of Colorado

Goodwill of Colorado is a nonprofit organisation that helps individuals achieve meaningful employment through job training and placement services. Working with people facing barriers to employment, its workforce development programmes provide job coaching, resume assistance and skills training, connecting participants with local employers to build sustainable careers.

The organisation funds these mission programmes through a network of retail stores across Colorado. The stores resell donated goods, giving them a second life while generating the revenue that supports Goodwill of Colorado's community services. Its activities span the nonprofit, retail, workforce development and community services sectors within Colorado.

Roles within the organisation combine service to customers with direct support for its employment mission. Goodwill of Colorado describes a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth, in which team members contribute both to retail operations and to the training and placement work at the core of the organisation.
