Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System (FMOL Health) is a non-profit Catholic healthcare ministry sponsored by the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady. The system employs some 20,000 people and serves more than 2 million patients a year across Louisiana and Mississippi, where it has operated for more than a century. Its work is organised around extending the healing ministry of Jesus Christ to those most in need, with particular attention to vulnerable populations.
Its care delivery network comprises 10 major hospitals providing acute care across the two states, alongside dozens of community clinics covering a wide range of illnesses and health needs and a set of specialty centres for more complex conditions.
