Circles is a global technology company founded in 2014 that provides a SaaS platform enabling telecoms operators to launch digital brands or refresh existing ones, supporting their transition from traditional telcos to techcos. Its technical work spans SaaS platform development, Communications Platform-as-a-service (CPaaS), eSIM technology and travel tech. The company operates across six continents and partners with telco operators in 14 countries, serving millions of consumers worldwide.

The business is organised around three products. Circles.Life is a digital lifestyle telco brand and the market leader in Singapore. Circles Aspire supplies CPaaS solutions globally. Jetpac, a travel tech product, provides eSIM roaming across more than 200 destinations.

Circles works with operators including KDDI Corporation in Japan, Etisalat Group (e&) in the UAE, AT&T in the United States and Telkomsel in Indonesia. It is backed by investors among them Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia), Warburg Pincus, Founders Fund and EDBI.
