Role Summary
We are seeking a
Project Manager to join our growing Experience Design team. In this role, you’ll oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale digital experience programs for enterprise clients. You will act as the connective tissue between clients, cross-functional teams, and Orion leadership—ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes, on time and on budget.
You’ll also play a key role in
account management, building trusted relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for continued engagement and growth. Experience working with or adjacent to platforms like
Salesforce,
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and other large-scale digital ecosystems is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-disciplinary experience design programs from discovery to deployment
- Manage program timelines, budgets, risks, and resources across multiple workstreams
- Serve as the primary client contact for project updates, escalations, and strategic discussions
- Partner with Experience Design leads to align team capabilities with client goals and priorities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and future growth opportunities
- Facilitate program governance, including regular status reporting, sprint reviews, and executive updates
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders from engineering, product, QA, and strategy teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, including platform providers such as Salesforce and Adobe
- Support proposal development and scoping for new opportunities and change requests
Qualifications
- 8+ years of program or project management experience in a digital, UX, or technology consulting environment
- Demonstrated success managing complex, large-scale digital initiatives—especially those involving platform integration (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe AEM)
- Strong client-facing skills, including experience with account management or client relationship development
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
- Proficiency with agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Understanding of UX design principles and digital product development lifecycle
- PMP or Agile certification a plus
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting enterprise clients across sectors such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail
- Exposure to headless CMS platforms, component-based design systems, and personalization frameworks
- Familiarity with data privacy, accessibility, and compliance standards
