Job Title: Chief of Staff

Job Summary:

Our client, a leading consulting firm specializing in strategy and performance improvement for healthcare organizations, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Chief of Staff. This role will support the CEO and drive operational excellence, ensuring alignment with the firm's mission to empower healthcare leaders with innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the CEO to refine and implement the firm's strategic vision. Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support high-level decision-making and priority setting.
Oversee the optimization of daily operations across all business units, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Identify process inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance productivity and service delivery.
Lead and manage cross-functional projects that align with the firm's strategic initiatives. Ensure timely execution and alignment of resources across various departments.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Serve as a liaison to facilitate communication and collaboration across the organization.
Develop metrics and dashboards to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives. Regularly analyze performance data and present findings to the CEO and executive team to inform future strategies.
Leverage consulting experience to provide strategic frameworks and methodologies for problem-solving. Encourage a data-driven approach to decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in a strategic or operational role within consulting required, with a focus on healthcare or financial services a plus.
Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a capacity to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a commitment to fostering collaboration and inclusivity within teams.
Must have a 24/7 mentality, being readily available and responsive to urgent needs/requests.
