A financial services firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an Executive Assistant to support an investment team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience supporting a group out of financial services.

Salary: 120K – 140K plus bonus

Hours: 9-6

Fully Onsite

Responsibilities:

Screen and respond to incoming calls and correspondence, act as gatekeeper
Provide high-level administrative support by proactively assisting and anticipating team needs
Manage multiple calendars including scheduling appointments, reservations, and meetings
Plan and organize all travel including ground transportation, flights, and hotels
Process and submit related expense reports as well as handle personal expenses discreetly
Coordinate all in-person, virtual, and over-the-phone meeting logistics
Prepare and distribute agendas, letters, reports, presentations, and other communications including confidential documents
Manage and execute special projects across the department
Perform additional tasks as required

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required
5-10 + years experience in a similar administrative role, financial services experience required
Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision
Must exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Possess high-level customer service skills while providing a warm and enthusiastic demeanor
Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
