Overview:
We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to lead and oversee OSP (Outside Plant) fiber build projects in Kentucky, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. This is a remote position with some travel required. Candidates must reside in one of the three states listed, as each Director will be assigned to manage projects in their respective state.
As a senior leader, you will own project P&Ls, manage the execution of FTTH builds (both greenfield and BAU), and act as a key client liaison. You’ll also be responsible for driving successful delivery through day-to-day oversight of field operations, invoicing, forecasting, and maintaining quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage FTTH (Fiber to the Home) build projects (both aerial and underground)
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and profitability (P&L ownership)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact
- Ensure adherence to project processes, timelines, and regulatory requirements
- Support permitting activities with local municipalities (where applicable)
- Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors for efficient project delivery
- Provide daily and weekly reporting and projections
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in Project Management within OSP/FTTH (both aerial and underground builds)
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, projections, and P&L
- Ability to implement and follow structured project processes to ensure success
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience managing permitting with municipalities
- Prior work in multi-state/regional FTTH programs

- Salary Range: $90,000 – $130,000
