Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Proven responsiveness and ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Industry experience in packaging is preferred

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and responsive Executive Assistant to support two senior executives. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism.

The Executive Assistant will provide a blend of executive support, HR coordination, and general office administration, serving as a key point of contact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative support to both executives.
Serve as a liaison between the executives and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
Assist with onboarding, employee communications, and other HR coordination activities.
Maintain and organize documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
Manage office-related administrative duties, including supplies, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
Support broader team operations and cross-functional collaboration across departments.
