Overview:

We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to lead and oversee OSP (Outside Plant) fiber build projects in Kentucky, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. This is a remote position with some travel required. Candidates must reside in one of the three states listed, as each Director will be assigned to manage projects in their respective state.

As a senior leader, you will own project P&Ls, manage the execution of FTTH builds (both greenfield and BAU), and act as a key client liaison. You’ll also be responsible for driving successful delivery through day-to-day oversight of field operations, invoicing, forecasting, and maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage FTTH (Fiber to the Home) build projects (both aerial and underground)
Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and profitability (P&L ownership)
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact
Ensure adherence to project processes, timelines, and regulatory requirements
Support permitting activities with local municipalities (where applicable)
Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors for efficient project delivery
Provide daily and weekly reporting and projections

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Must-Haves:

Proven experience in Project Management within OSP/FTTH (both aerial and underground builds)
Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, projections, and P&L
Ability to implement and follow structured project processes to ensure success
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience managing permitting with municipalities
Prior work in multi-state/regional FTTH programs

Salary Range: $90,000 – $130,000
