Production & Inventory Assistant (Part-Time) or Data Entry Clerk (Part-Time)
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production & Inventory Assistant to support our factory operations. In this role, you will process purchase orders in AIMS, assist with production-related tasks, and ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records. This position offers flexibility and can be structured as part-time (flex) or three days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage purchase orders in AIMS for our factory partners
- Support production tasks as needed, ensuring smooth workflow and communication
- Maintain and update inventory spreadsheets accurately
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to production and inventory management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience working with inventory management systems and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) is required
- Proficiency with AIMS preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or supply chain-focused role
- Familiarity with purchase order processes and best practices
Work Schedule:
- Part-time or 3 days per week (flexible schedule)
