Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Analyst to help us make informed decisions from our data today, and help us build and transform our data to give us even more strength in the future. You will work directly with business stakeholders across the company to understand what insights they need to make strategic business decisions, and partner with them and our Engineering team to meet these needs with our data. You will be responsible for creating reports and visualizations for these different teams, and define key metrics with these partners that help us understand how our business is performing. You will also work closely with our Analytics and Data Engineers to continuously improve upon and expand our core data model that serves as the heart of our reporting capability, and serve as the key link between our business partners and Analytics Team. You will be successful in this role if you thrive when you’re able to own a problem all the way from discovery to delivery, and if you enjoy taking ownership in setting the groundwork for how our team will function into the future.
