Product Development Associate – B&B

Position Type: Full-Time/ Onsite

Job Department: Cosmetics, Beauty, Bath & Body, and Skincare Products

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be assisting managers between the production processes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must. Must be able to organize and maintain data in a clear and efficient way. The ability to work with multiple managers with clear communication is key.

Troubleshooting challenges with realistic and creative solutions
Creating order templates for factories
Saving and maintaining product images
Meeting preparation
Creating customer catalogs
Market and trend research
Building and organizing a fragrance library
Assisting with the color and formulation of products
Submitting art requests and communicating with the Art Team
Assisting with style creation
Helping to open packages and move heavy objects.
Maintaining the organization of all samples
Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

2+ years’ experience in a production-related role preferred.
