Senior Merchandising Manager

Reports to: Chloe Americas CEO & Richemont NA Fashion & Accessories President
Role Overview
The mission of Merchandising Manager involves a combination of strategic planning, market analysis, distribution and collaboration with various departments to ensure the commercial success of Chloé’s collections.
Responsibilities
Pre-season buying: lead the buying process
- In charge of the Region OTB planning
- Product Selection & offer curation
- Improve Region Assortment
- Size breakdown
In-season Management
- Sales and performance analysis
- In Charge of Forecast & Planning
- Inventory Management with Product allocation and rebalancing
- Delivery & Inbound Follow Up
- Collaborate with VM team on set-up & follow up
- Product & retail feedback to Central teams
- Overview on region Pricing
Distribution
- US Zone Stock Allocation per stores & customers by using Anaplan & SAP if needed
- US Zone Set Up checks & monitoring for distribution performances
- Coordination with Local Sales Administration Team & HQ Distribution team to respect the distribution guidelines & optimize the availability rate in stores and customer’s invoicing
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years/ 8 years merchandising experience in Luxury brand experience
- Business level in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. (Vlookup, Sumifs, Pivot etc.) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Anaplan & SAP
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinking and data-driven
- Strong Communication skill
- Proactive & Self driven
- Detail oriented
- Fashion-conscious
