Role Description
This is a contract position. The Digital Media Planner will be responsible for developing media strategies, planning digital campaigns, analyzing data, and conducting research to optimize digital strategies on various platforms. You will spearhead the execution of paid media campaigns from paid social, display, influencers, outdoor, and print. Day-to-day responsibilities include ad scheduling and trafficking, bill tracking, campaign set-up, and reporting. Familiarity with digital advertising operations and agility to adjust to a shifting media landscape are essential.
Daily Tasks
- Support Senior Media Manager and Senior Media Planner in the planning and execution of digital, print, outdoor media campaigns
- Ensure creative milestones run smoothly; briefing assets, circulating creative for review, compiling team feedback, and collecting final assets for trafficking
- Own campaign set-up and execution, working with internal and external partners on asset procurement, linking, tagging and quality assurance. Oversee media request and changes from the merchant organization
- Work closely with finance and media team to ensure that all campaigns are accurately and promptly accounted for within billing system. Monitor agreements and contracts with media vendors
- Analyze key data insights, identify optimizations, and deliver performance wrap ups for all campaigns
- Troubleshoot technical issues, including product inventory feed, etc.
