- Serve as the primary administrative contact for employee health benefits and liaise with our broker to resolve benefit-related inquiries
- Manage employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Be the first point of contact for general US employee queries and processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and industry regulations by running audits and updating accordingly
- Collaborate on projects and initiatives that improve HR operational efficiency
- Assist the wider People team with ad hoc projects and administrative support
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources, within a fast-paced tech scale-up environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and ownership skills - you can always find answers to things
- Comfortable working independently (a self starter!) and as part of a team
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- No job is too big or too small and you can adapt to changing priorities quickly
- Experience with HRIS systems (Rippling is a plus!) and proficiency with G-suite, Slack, Notion, Jira, or a willingness to learn and optimize
