Voucherify

Voucherify is a developer-first incentive and promotion platform that lets brands run targeted loyalty, referral and discount workflows. Founded by three college friends who began by building custom ecommerce tools for clients, the company started as a smart coupon tool and expanded into a full incentive platform designed to deliver the right offer, at the right time, to the right person. The platform is used by more than 350 brands worldwide, among them Bosch, Breville, Michelin, Vodafone and easyJet, across ecommerce, retail, marketing and travel.

The company has been profitable since its first day and took no venture capital, remaining founder-led and independent. Its technical work concentrates on promotion and coupon tooling, API-first platform design, ecommerce tooling, and the automation of loyalty and referral workflows. Voucherify is a member of the MACH Alliance and is ISO 27001 certified.

Work is organised remotely and asynchronously, with staff spread across Europe and the United States; the company describes itself as remote-first and deliberately avoids heavy reliance on video meetings. The culture is hands-on and shaped by learning through shipping products. Its headquarters are in a refurbished porcelain factory in Katowice, Poland.
