Bamboo Card is a global digital rewards infrastructure platform, founded in 2018 and headquartered in Dubai, that enables businesses to distribute gift cards and digital incentives across borders. Its catalogue covers more than 3,500 gift card brands available in over 80 countries, with support for 49 currencies. The company processes over 100,000 transactions a day and reports that 95% of orders are fulfilled in under two seconds. To date it has distributed over $1 billion in digital rewards for more than 1,000 active clients.

The platform is delivered through several products. A self-service portal supports bulk purchases of gift cards and digital rewards; a single API allows products to be embedded into customer applications; a mini app can be deployed within existing applications for reward distribution; and one-off bulk orders can be arranged directly. Technical work spans digital rewards infrastructure, gift card distribution, API integration, payments technology and enterprise software platforms.

Bamboo Card's customers operate in fintech, loyalty platforms, HR technology, digital commerce, employee rewards and recognition, customer acquisition and loyalty programmes. Alongside its Dubai headquarters, the company has a presence in the United Kingdom and across Europe, Asia Pacific, North America, the Middle East and Latin America.
