Texas Children's Hospital

Texas Children's Hospital is a pediatric healthcare system based in Houston, Texas, providing advanced medical care to children and women through patient care, research and medical education. It opened on February 1, 1954 as a three-story hospital with 106 beds and admitted 4,558 patients in its first year. The institution now operates four main campuses and dozens of community locations across Texas, and extends its work internationally through global partnerships.
