TailorMed runs what it describes as the nation's largest healthcare financial navigation platform. Founded in 2016 and operating across the United States, the company connects providers, pharmacies, life science companies and patients through an Affordability Network, with the aim of removing financial barriers across the medication journey. Its secure, web-based software is designed to streamline patient support programmes and to address affordability, access and adherence.

By the company's account, more than $2.9 billion in financial assistance has been secured for patients through the platform. It is deployed at more than 1,000 sites of care, spanning 800-plus hospitals, 1,300 clinics and 650 pharmacies. TailorMed raised $40 million in a recent funding round.

The work sits within health IT, covering automation, data-driven insights and secure web-based software. The company states a mission-driven focus on reducing patient financial toxicity and improving health equity, and has been recognised as a health IT pioneer, featuring in the 2024 New York Digital Health 100 and named Best in Class in Health Equity 2025.
