Its all-in-one platform combines AI-powered tools, a Medicare-specific customer relationship management system and client services covering contracting, commission tracking, enrolment and client retention. The system is designed to remove double entry for brokers and to simplify their workflows rather than add complexity. Partner agencies using the platform have more than doubled their enrolment volume year-over-year, and the company reports serving more than 10,000 brokers nationwide.

The company employs more than 800 people and works across several technical domains, among them artificial intelligence, machine-learning-powered tools, CRM software, insurance enrolment automation, commission-tracking systems and data integration. Alongside its software, Spark runs the Independent Medicare Network, a community-building initiative for independent Medicare brokers. It is backed by Primary Ventures and Viewpoint Ventures.
