Ascertain is a healthcare technology company founded in 2022 and based in New York. It builds an agentic AI platform that automates end-to-end workflows across care management and revenue cycle operations for health systems and provider organisations. The platform executes tasks such as prior authorisations, referrals, eligibility checks and care coordination within a provider's existing systems, and is designed to adapt to complex real-world workflows.
