Oversee, founded in 2014 and known until 2023 as FairFly, builds artificial-intelligence software for corporate travel. Its systems monitor airfare and hotel bookings after purchase, detect price reductions and automatically rebook reservations to capture the difference. The company was founded by Aviel Siman-Tov and Ami Goldenberg and operates globally.
The product suite reflects the company's expansion beyond its original flight-focused proposition. Flight Price Assurance rebooks airfare when fares fall; Hotel Price Optimization applies the same post-purchase monitoring to lodging. Two further lines cover AI Customer Service Automation, which automates travel service interactions, and Advanced Travel Analytics, which provides reporting and insights for travel programmes.
Oversee reports more than 7,000 customers, including over half of the Fortune 500, and says it works with the largest global travel management companies. Its engineering work spans machine learning, dynamic pricing optimisation, travel analytics and automated rebooking, with an explicit emphasis on continuous product development and the application of recent AI techniques to corporate and managed travel.
