OPEN Global (Organization of Pakistani Entrepreneurs) is a volunteer-driven, not-for-profit network of business leaders and entrepreneurs. Founded in 1998 in Boston, it has operated for more than 25 years and now spans over 16 chapters worldwide, serving the community of Pakistani entrepreneurs internationally. The organisation is member-based and run by its members rather than a salaried workforce.
Its work centres on connecting, mentoring and empowering entrepreneurs. This is delivered through networking events that bring together entrepreneurs, professionals and business leaders; pitch competitions that give founders a platform to present ventures and attract investment; educational programs aimed at advancing ventures through learning and professional development; and the facilitation of mentorship and strategic partnerships. In this way the network acts as a bridge between professionals and opportunities for mentorship, investment and collaboration.
Industry interests span technology, artificial intelligence, healthcare and entrepreneurship. Member involvement offers leadership opportunities within a community that emphasises mentorship, innovation and business excellence, with a stated focus on navigating the challenges of building businesses in competitive markets. Geographic presence covers the founding location of Boston, chapters across the world and the wider Pakistani entrepreneur community.
