Entrepreneur Cooperative

Entrepreneur Cooperative is a member-run community of founders and CEOs offering confidential peer forums, one-to-one mentorship, tailored education and a podcast to help entrepreneurs scale and exit.

Entrepreneur Cooperative (ECo) is a curated community of founders and CEOs organised as a cooperative, in which members set the tone and direction of the organisation. Its stated purpose is to counter the isolation that entrepreneurs often face, through confidential peer forums, mentorship and education aimed at helping founders scale their companies and navigate successful exits.

Its programming rests on four elements. Confidential peer forums bring small groups of founders and CEOs together to discuss challenges; there are more than 50 such groups. Side by Side is a one-to-one mentorship programme pairing founders with seasoned entrepreneurs who have built and exited companies. Customised educational initiatives provide tailored instruction on scaling and exits. The Made It Podcast interviews inventors, creators and entrepreneurs, extending the community beyond formal programming.

The organisation reports over 100 members, more than 50 forum groups and upwards of 20 events hosted. Membership is curated, drawing on founders with direct experience of building companies, and the culture is oriented around the idea of paying it forward: experienced founders committed to helping the next generation. ECo operates across the entrepreneurship and startup, founder and CEO peer community, mentorship and executive education, and podcast and content media sectors.
