It automates spend visibility, RFQ execution and supplier negotiations, replacing manual procurement work. Its AI negotiation agents operate 24/7 and conduct thousands of parallel negotiations across the supply chain, handling vendor follow-ups, PO tracking, catalog updates and RFXs without additional buyers.
The platform rests on a Digital Twin Spend Database, which normalizes and centralises purchase order and invoice data across multiple ERP systems to clean the data before AI analysis. On top of this, procurement intelligence structures invoice data, highlights areas of overpayment and surfaces identical parts priced differently. Spend analytics and cost-savings visualisation use AI to analyse spending, benchmark prices and show savings across parts.
