Maximor AI

Maximor AI builds an autonomous finance platform for the Office of the CFO, using a proprietary context graph and AI agents to automate repetitive finance work across ERPs, CRMs, billing, payroll and banks.

Maximor AI, founded in 2024, builds an autonomous finance platform for the modern Office of the CFO. The platform uses a proprietary context graph and AI agents to automate manual, repetitive finance work. Rather than replacing finance teams, the company describes its philosophy as "business-as-usual without the busywork", and it sells on a success-based commercial model with no upfront cost.

The company's technology rests on several distinct domains: AI agents, context graph technology, process mining and the reverse-mapping of finance operations, enterprise systems integration, and document and contract parsing. The context graph reverse-maps how finance teams actually operate, capturing processes, systems and tribal knowledge. Finance AI agents then connect to existing systems, including ERPs, CRMs, billing platforms, payroll and banks, to reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, parse contracts, manage close checklists and produce audit-ready report packages. The platform is designed to learn how each team works and to improve with every close.

Maximor AI serves customers in technology, consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail and business services. Its founders were founding members of Microsoft's digital transformation group.
