Vertice

Vertice is an intelligent procurement platform founded in 2022 and headquartered in London, with additional offices in New York, Brno, Sydney and Johannesburg. It combines agentic AI workflows, AI-powered insights and expert buying teams to help finance and procurement departments manage technology purchasing more efficiently. Its core product, the Vertice Platform, spans the procurement lifecycle from intake to approval, and is used to manage more than $10 billion in software spend, with savings of 20% reported.

The company has grown quickly. It serves over 1,000 customers across more than 100 countries and has raised over $100 million in funding to Series C stage. Its acquisition of Vendr added what the company describes as the world's largest procurement intelligence dataset, covering $75 billion in global indirect spend across 32,000 vendors. In 2026 it ranked second in the Sunday Times Tech 100 and fourth among Europe's fastest-growing startups.

Vertice was founded by serial entrepreneurs Roy Tuvey and Eldar Tuvey, who previously co-founded Wandera, a security SaaS business that was acquired. Technical work spans agentic AI workflows, procurement intelligence, data analytics and SaaS spend management.
