HGreg
HGreg is a family-founded automotive retail group operating 48 new and pre-owned vehicle dealerships across Florida, Texas, California and Quebec.
HGreg is an automotive retail group founded in 1993 that sells new and pre-owned vehicles across North America. The company operates 48 dealership locations spanning Florida, Texas, California and Quebec, with brands including Nissan, Hyundai, Toyota, Kia and INFINITI represented in its network. Its stated purpose is to make buying vehicles easy for consumers.
The group's growth has been shaped by its superstore format for pre-owned vehicles. The first HGregoire superstore opened in Saint-Eustache, Canada, in 2003, and sold 1,750 vehicles in 30 days the following year. A US superstore followed in Miami in 2009, opened during the economic downturn. HGreg describes itself as one of North America's fastest-growing automotive groups; in 2024 it entered a strategic alliance with Le Prix du Gros.
Ownership remains within the founding family. Greg Hairabedian founded the business, and his son John Hairabedian became President and CEO in 2014. The company cites an emphasis on quality standards and value, alongside a willingness to expand counter-cyclically and to disrupt established retail practices in the pre-owned vehicle market.
