The company was founded in 2007 by Mack McLarty and Landers and is a fourth-generation family business. Its corporate headquarters is in Lewisville, Texas, with multiple dealership locations throughout the state.

The group represents 16 automotive brands, among them Dodge, Jeep, Subaru, Buick, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Honda, Toyota, FIAT, Scion, Ford, GMC, Nissan and Ram. Alongside an extensive selection of pre-owned vehicles, its dealerships offer new vehicle sales and after-sales support through teams of experienced professionals. Recent investment includes $10.3m on the development of a new Subaru dealership, part of ongoing expansion through new dealership construction.
