Gopuff is an instant commerce platform that owns its micro-fulfillment network and delivers everyday essentials in as fast as 15 minutes across the United States and Europe.

Gopuff is an instant commerce company that owns its entire supply chain. Founded in 2013 by Drexel University students Rafael Ilishayev and Yakir Gola, it stocks thousands of products in its own micro-fulfillment centers and delivers everyday essentials - groceries, snacks, alcohol and home items - in as fast as 15 minutes. By cutting out third-party stores and middlemen, the company operates as a vertically integrated retailer and logistics operator rather than a marketplace.

The business spans the United States and Europe, serving hundreds of markets and millions of customers, with service running 24 hours a day. Gopuff employs more than 5,000 people across functions that sit at the intersection of logistics technology, micro-fulfillment, supply chain management, retail technology and e-commerce. Technical work covers the fulfilment network itself as well as the consumer delivery platform that routes orders from it.

Products include the Gopuff instant delivery platform and the network of Gopuff-owned micro-fulfillment centres underpinning it. Other stated commitments include accepting SNAP EBT payments and donating millions of dollars in free groceries to families in need.
