The engineering work spans geospatial data processing, AI-powered data analysis, real-time data visualisation, flood modelling and workflow automation. Engineers carry features from database modelling through to the finished user interface, and use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to increase their pace of delivery. The company operates with a high shipping cadence and describes engineering, product, design and customer success as working together rather than in silos.
