Enterprise Jungle Inc. is the company behind EnterpriseAlumni, a software-as-a-service platform that helps large organisations build and manage networks of former employees. The product integrates with enterprise systems to maintain connections with alumni after they leave, with the aim of turning those relationships into sources of revenue, recruitment and brand advocacy - including rehiring former staff, referred to as boomerang hires. The platform is used by Fortune 50 companies, government agencies and military organisations worldwide.

Founded in 2013 and initially bootstrapped to prove the market concept, the company operates in the fields of SaaS platform development, enterprise system integration, talent management software and HR technology. Its customer base spans the enterprise, government and military and defence sectors. Enterprise Jungle Inc. was founded by siblings Emma Sinclair and James Sinclair and has a 50/50 gender-balanced ownership structure.
