Digital Business Akademie

Digital Business Akademie (DBA) is a German training academy offering practical, fully online education in digital sales. Its flagship Digital Sales Full-Time Program runs for eight months and is delivered 100% remotely, preparing both career changers and experienced professionals for roles in the digital economy. The curriculum was developed in close collaboration with leading tech companies to reflect current market demands.

The program is structured in four modules: IT sales fundamentals, digital sales systems and key account management, Salesforce CRM certification, and job market preparation. Students receive a complete hardware package, including a MacBook Air, monitor, keyboard, mouse and headset. On completion, graduates obtain a certification from the IHK (German Chamber of Industry and Commerce).

Training costs are covered through Germany's Bildungsgutschein funding scheme, removing the cost barrier for participants. Employability is a central focus: a network of more than 50 companies actively recruits digital sales talent through the academy. The institution operates in Germany and works entirely through a remote, online model.
